Can not wait literally 5 seconds for my friend while bus is half empty and right infront of him. People are heartless.

Staff at the Puerto Iguazú ticket office assaulted me . I purchased a ticket to Parque das Aves but was not made aware I needed a passport. I got a free ride back to Puerto Iguazú where I asked to be put on the next bus and was refused. Ticket office wanted me to pay the full fare again. I kindly asked for a refund and the officer come right up to my face and was verbally abusive to me . Lucky I have a thick skin. I left with only a half refund. I hope management puts this staff member in line.
Bus is absolutely fine for getting across the border from Argentina to Brasil. Yes sure they abandon you at the border to complete immigration, but wait 45mins for the next bus, soak up the newfound Brazilian sunshine, and be stoked that you paid US2 to cross an international border.
Booked the bus from puerto iguazu to cataratas np. The bus left us at the border to brazil so we had to take a taxi. On the way back from brazil to argentina the bus was completely overcrowded and lots of ppl had to stand in the bus. When we arrived at the terminal we talked to the guy at the counter because we wanted the money back for the ride to the np. He just said no, we could just have waited til the next bus...AT THE BORDER. WITH 36C AND THE NEED TO GET THE LAST BUS BACK AT 5PM (it was already 12pm). The arrogance of this guy was incredible. He didnt even say sorry!
They left me in the Argentinian border, so I had to walk 30 mins to get to the city center.
Bus was 1 hour late!!!
Muy buen servicio. Los colectivos cuentan con aire acondicionado y los choferes son amables. El costo del boleto promedio dentro de la ciudad sale 35 o en dólares 0.20c aproximadamente.
Ich kann die vielen negativen Bewertungen offen gesagt nicht nachvollziehen. Wir sind mit der Gesellschaft sowohl Kurz- als auch Langstrecke gefahren und fanden beides gut. Von Puerto Iguazú nach Foz de Iguazú hatten wir einen modernen und sauberen Bus. Der freundliche Fahrer ist an der Grenze mit ausgestiegen, begleitete die Touristen zur Kontrolle und wartete anschließend im Bus. Das war sowohl bei der Hin- als auch auf der Rückfahrt so. Von Puerto Iguazú nach Buenos Aires hatten wir ebenfalls einen ordentlichen Bus. Da es eine Nachtfahrt war, bekamen wir frische Kissen und Decken. Außerdem gab es zum Abendessen auf Wunsch auch Wein. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Als krönender Abschluss kam der Bus nach über 17h Fahrt und mehrer Polizeikontrollen AUF DIE MINUTE PÜNKTLICH in Buenos Aires an. Respekt!!!
