Guys it’s 2021 and all the animals are still locked in tiny cages?? Please wake-up and change your systems, especially if you pretend to be animal lovers. Terrible to watch the animals living in way too small cages in the middle of the jungle :( If you like animals I wouldn’t recommend a visit here.

The park is awesome and the visit is worth it, for the small price. There are all kinds of animals, which were rescued from dangerous situations, and cannot be released into wildlife, as they would die. The animals are healthy though, and you can observe them almost in their natural habitat. There are mostly birds and some mammals.

Love this place and tottaly support the main goals of this reservoir. 1st- assist and give shelter to animals who have suffered any wrong made by human hand with the objective to a) Return to the wild b) stay in the shelter to live as good as possible if too much damage was done to them 2nd- teach people about the dangers of destroying animals habitats and the obvious issue with animal trafficking and wild animals as pets(most times not to humans but the damage that we provoke on them). The work is great, the explanation is simple but clear and the animals are as cute as all animals allways. Keep up the good work.

GüiráOga ("the house of the birds") is a wildlife refuge, near Puerto Iguazu. It was a very interesting place to visit. When you arrive, you book a tour. You are taken into the refuge by wagon, and then provided a tour of the various birds and animals recovering there. Though a very informative tour, it was given in two languages and so it more difficult to stay engaged throughout the tour. Admirable work by this refuge whose mission is to RESCUE the animals of the missionary forest that arrive at the shelter, RELEASE those who have a chance to survive in nature and recover, and INVESTIGATE and develop education programs to raise awareness about the need to protect wildlife.

Nice place to watch birds and some monkeys. We had a bad guide that didn't want to explain in English. The rest is beautiful.

A lovely park, you can only visit the animals via a guided tour of the park. The work they do for injured and hunted animals is incredible.
