I liked how cosy the place was. I could have stayed a long time in the main area if the mountains would not be much better options. The bathroom is cleaned daily as well as the bed rooms. The bed was comfy, the matress not too soft. Bring your own sleeping bag or sheets as they charge for using theirs. As well they do not have internet so you cannot pay with credit card. I found out it is cheaper not too book online in advance, as online you have to pay tax because without tax is just possible with credit card. So if you just pay cash there it will be cheaper. The cat at the place is very entertaining. The breakfast is disappointing. Just a few pieces of bread with marmelade and coffee or tea. Not enough for hikers at all. Therefore one star less.

This place was just OK, nothing notable. The views are spectacular and it's a nice getaway. There is no internet and the restaurants in the area close around 4pm. The room I stayed in had very little warmth so bundle up! I asked for breakfast and never received any.

E-X-C-E-L-E-N-T-E Hostel de Montaña. Muy buena atención x parte de Magali. Un lugar amplio, muy buena decoración, el servicio espectacular, limpieza, orden. Nos estaba esperando con la cena. Muy buena cocinera. 100 % recomendable.

El lugar es hermoso, muy acogedor. La onda de Pablo y Magalí hizo que el viaje fuera perfecto. La comida riquísima, la atención más aún. Un lugar para desconectarse de la vorágine de la ciudad y conectar con amigxs, buena música y paisajes soñados. Super recomendado ️

Super recomendable Portezuelo del Viento, era la primera vez que nos hospedábamos en un refugio, y fue nuestra mejor experiencia. La cálida atención de Magui, el lugar tan limpio ,con un aroma unico, totalmente acogedor. No tenemos mas que palabras de agradecimiento para Magui, super anfitriona, nos hizo sentir como en casa ,rica su comida ,su café .El punto donde se encuentra el refugio es perfecto, casi en la entrada del camino al Cristo,y todo el entorno rodeado de las espectaculares y magnificas montañas. Esperamos volver pronto.
