Mendel is one of the wines I special order in to my home in Canada so I was determined to take a tour of the winery. I sent an email to the winery and they were very responsive to my request. My husband and I along with another couple from Chicago did the tour together. Our guide was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. She took us through the small winery which was actually starting the 2019 process. Once we were done we chose our tasting. All of the wines we had were fantastic. I was introduced to the Unus line which was excellent! I would highly recommend a tour to this small but exceptional winery!

Rustic, charming, classic - thorough tour and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Olive oil production reminiscent of an Italian farm.
