cars are ok ,no mayor trouble..but they need improvement on costumer services .. never answer the calls on the phone number they have for that office's location..the lady in charge of the paperwork was no nice at all..always rent at this company when I'm out of US. .but costumer service make the different ..not recommended

#SCAM First you’re not informed except by a small line on the huge contract you sign that you have to turn your lights on during daylight in Argentina. You get a fine by the Police. Then the nice guy Walter from Hertz tell you that he will pay the fine for you so you leave him some cash. A few days later you realize that your fine is not payed. That it has been raised to twice the initial amount and that the kind Walter kept the money. Of course no one in the agency knows anything about it... Bienvenidos a Mendoza !
Excellent place... Very helpful staff. In a very short notice, they brought the car I requested, setup all paperwork and helped me to charge my phone. Everyone was great!

I feel extremely hurt, betrayed and lied to because Hertz has stolen a huge ton of money from me. They told me I will not be charged for the days I do not drive the car. I had the car for only 2 days despite saying I was keeping it for 7 (because I did not want any problems at the border). I look at my transactions this morning and find Hertz have only given me back 392.93 AUD while they keep 664.73. This is ludicrous! Why to you take so much of my money for only 2 days? And give me only a little bit?! You thieves! I am also constantly trying to call this facility but no one is answering the phone. If it were not for this act of pure thievery I would’ve given a good review.
It took us 5 hours to pick up our car after untold numbers of issues. The team promised me a rebate of some sort and then totally dropped me. Very disappointed.
Good service and vehicle. Difficult to contact via phone or email.
