We wanna thank Diego for one of the best trips of Bariloche! Although we were lucky with the weather, we were even luckier with our guide and his recommendations. We hope to be back one day!

We enjoyed our hike and kayaking trip. Our guide was very good. I appreciated the vegetarian lunch. I give the Pura Vida only three stars for one reason - we left our shoes at the office. Once found, the staff did very little to try to help us retrieve them. True - we lost the shoes. That was on us. What differentiates a good organization from one that's just average is the willingness of staff to solve problems when they arise. Quite simply, the staff was unwilling to help us get to YES. We suggested many ways in which we could meet a staff member or driver. Each suggestion was met with "No, we cannot do that." An unfortunate ending to an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Agradecer a Diego y Belen por la hermosa experiencia que nos hicieron vivir, muchas gracias por la buena onda . Despedimos Bariloche con la mejor excursión, y si pudiese daría un punto extra por el alfajor...nada que criticar, lamento conocerlos a ultimo momento y perder la posibilidad de hacer el dia completo pero ya volveremos a sacar miles de fotos
