Jumping Rentals and their employees were great. We visited their store twice to arrange for special rental outer wear for visiting Antarctica. My friend also purchased a very nice Nike down jacket. Says it's best jacket he has ever owned. The employees were always very pleasant and helpful. They also have a beautiful large photo of the nearby Cerro Castro ski area.

Went for a beer with some mates, stayed there the whole evening. The Owner is friendly and knowledgeable of the products he offers. Had a nice chat too. The beers we had were local, with a great taste. Ordered pizzas too, which were made on the spot, Italian style. Would come back in a heartbeat. Chilled atmosphere, good beers, good food. Recommend
Amazing service. The staff is supper friendly and willing to help. Cheaper than other rentals and the equipment is in very good condition. Super recommend.
Excellent service and very practical rental.worth every penny speacial if you go to Laguna Esmeralda or Glacial Martial. I rent special shoes and that avoid a lot of problems walking in the ice and also in the mud.
Friendly staff. Very easy to get our rentals here. Edit: the rental waterproof pants we received here are NOT waterproof, they are water-resistant. That makes a BIG difference when you go to Antartica and are splashed with freezing cold water on a zodiac boat. I spent 4 days of my Antartica cruise freezing and soaked through 3 layers because of their poor quality pants. I would not recommend renting pants here.
Knowledgeable. Patirnt. Explains everything you need to know. Good equipment. Well stocked. Theres a pizza and beer place on the back bottom, too. And a fireplace to keep warm. The people who qork here are great!!!
Chester was very helpful and gave us all the time we needed to pick the boots and jackets we needed.
Poor service, we were told we were getting premium equipment and we got old basic stuff. Not a good price relation and quality service. We will not be back. The owner, the biggest ass hole ever seen in my life. I don't recommend it.
