Staff was nice,but not the price! They had a lot to do but the service was ok. We don't give back the car at the same place beacuse it would not make sense for us. Hertz make you pay a loooot more for this. It is understandable that the price is higher but 400 more is crazy.. and it would be nice to know from the beginning. Not at the end when you're paying. But this was not the fault of the staff.

Excellent service and personnel.They solved all my problems.
Rented a car for \u003eUSD 500 in rental fees. Upon return had to loop around a few blocks and repark the car per customer agents request (She insisted the car was parked on a bus stop which it wasn’t)during which the gas gauge dropped from 11/12 to 10/12. Customer agent then proceeded to aggressively nickel and dime me, insisting that the car needed to be returned with 7/8 of gas, not 10/12 or I could pay USD 15. I ended up spending an extra hour driving to a gas station and waiting for her to finish with another customer to avoid the ridiculous USD 15 charge for this negligible difference. Extremely disappointing customer service experience, especially as a Hertz Gold customer.

Muy buena la atención. Pude concretar el trámite bastante rápido y fui bastante bien asesorado. Me dieron bastantes opciones de retiro y devolución del vehículo dependiendo de los horarios en que necesitara llevármelo y devolverlo
