The accommodations, food & drinks, service, and especially the fishing were simply amazing, far-exceeding all expectations! My sons are still talking about how great it was to be greeted at the lodge with moist hand towels and an ice-cold, refreshing drink when we returned from fishing! All of our guides (Jose, Jose, Estaban, and Kyle) were truly consummate professionals. I liked the idea of rotating the guides among guests as each provided a unique experience. I’d like to especially commend Estaban, as he went out of his way to take (outstanding) photos of our catches and share them with us. The lead guide, Jose, should also be commended for making Ryan’s last day of fishing his best day of the trip! The appetizers, lunches, dinners, and desserts rivaled the very best we’ve ever had, and the wine and mixed drink selections were simply outstanding! It is hard to select my favorite meal since they were all so good, but if I had to choose one, it would be the lamb! Another big round of applause to the chef and his staff!
