Quality of the bikes were in excellent condition. They were full equipped with lock, pump, helmet, and safety vest. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. The map that they offered was accurate and highlighted the look out spots. I will recommend to arrive before 10am, so you can do the whole 36km track having plenty of time to stop anywhere, food, and for a beer. I’m not a cyclist at all. So it’s a good experience for anyone. Pack some water and bananas. Make sure you pet the friendly dog as well!!

The stuff you will see will blow your mind. Such a beautiful area with unparralled views. The bikes were good and the gear that comes with it were good too. Very good that they give some kind of instruction before you head off

Great day trip with many view points on the way. Little steep on few occasions but nothing too bad.

Excellent service. It was a breeze to sign up once you arrive to their store, and leave biking right away. I booked the kayak bike combo and it was great. The kayak was also very easy to do and all details were well-explained. This is a ver well-run company that makes ouring the circuito chico very easy and enjoyable. Bikes include vest, helmets, emergency pickup services, and a lock Inused several times as I stopped throughout the trail.

Bad service and unfriendly Went there with a group of 4. After filling out all the paperwork we chose standard bikes. Only then they told us, that they have no more standard bikes for tall persons and we would need two pro bikes, which of course are more expensive. When we said that it would have been nice if they had said that earlier, they said we could go somewhere else if we don't like it. Customer service and attitude really bad. In top, on one of the bikes the chain broke going uphill. Pretty dangerous. But no apology or anything. Go somewhere else to rent your bicycles.

Went for a bike rental trip with them. bikes, material and instruction were fine. Came back the next day for kayaking: the advertised promo price was not applied, but the full 500 pesos per person (not per kayak!) per hour is higher than some other places just nearby - also quite harsh staff, refusing to accept a slightly torn 1000 pesos bill that we got at western union and being somewhat unfriendly. Not sure if recommendable...

Good place to rent a bike. They have bikes in very good condition. Remember to be early, because when is good weather there is a lot of people interested in renting a bike.
