The Museum of the Chaqueño Man "Professor Ertivio Acosta" preserves the tangible and intangible heritage referred to the history and culture of the Chaco, conformed by the contributions of the Indigenous Peoples: Qom, Moqoit and Wichi; and of the Creoles and Immigrants who populated it. It also contains permanent samples with a vision of the political history of the Chaco, and a room on Guaranitic mythology. It was created on November 10, 1990, by Disposition 04/90 of the Undersecretariat of Culture of the Province of Chaco, as a Museum of Social Sciences. Its founding objective was to preserve the historical and cultural heritage in relation to the testimonies and objects of the activities of the Chaco man. It seeks to promote respect for cultural diversity, from knowledge and appreciation of all contributions to the construction of culture and history of the Chaco.

Muy interesante el recorrido, agrega mucho conocimiento a nuestra ignorancia y sobre todo conocimiento de las distintas tribus originarias , que aunque lo estudiamos en en secundario hace más 50 años ( como los Quom) ya nos vamos olvidado. También refrescar conocimientos del litoral y monte chaqueño. Me gustó mucho

Un museo interessante con diverse sorprese. Mi piacerebbe rivederlo avendo più conoscenza della storia locale, mentre all'epoca conoscevo soprattutto la storia delle popolazioni straniere (es. italiani) emigrati in quelle zone che si apprezzano solo con il tempo (Resistencia, Corrientes etc). Mi ricordo bene la statua della contadina friulana.. Museo muy interesante. Espero poder volver a verlo conociendo mas de la historia local asi que pueda entender mas. Cuando fui conocia solo la historia de Los italianos de alla.
