I live here in Recoleta and I use this station everyday with my puppy. I take the puppy in my backpack without problems yet one day a female worker I'm assuming she's new was determined to not let me pass with the puppy in my bag, I explained to her I pass here everyday with him so what's the big deal, why was she the only worker to get do this! And my whole day was delayed because of her! She just has a really bad attitude to deal with CUSTOMERS!
