JUST BOOK ANOTHER PLACE, very bad service. microwaved awful food, can't hike... just not worth it for the money you pay. 1. It will take you 45 minutes from Messina to reach the place, 30 minutes driving in an open road. Not easy access. We followed google maps indications and ended up lost for an hour. Don't use google maps. 2. The dinner was premade and they heat it in a microwave. The taste was horrible. Pasta heated in a Microwave yakkss! 3. Service was awful, people didn't speak English. I was pregnant, we didn't know the closes restaurant will be 40 min away. I asked to get dinner earlier as we agreed and it wasn't possible. They didn't even offer a snack, it took the lady a half hour to offer a coffe with crakers. When dinner came, it was premade and tasted HORRIBLE, couldn't even eat. 4. Walking... if you choose the place thinking you can walk in the nature, forget it. I asked the receptionist about the hiking routes or paths, she didn't have idea. We end up walking on the main road. 5. Pool wasn't on service and the other services... I imagine were as awful as the restaurant. Only good thing the view from the place and the clean spaces.

Para no contratarla, no respetan horario llegaron diez horas después, no entregan remito, y después te quieren cobrar un seguro. Sin peones cosa q ellos te lo cobran. Desastre total. Es un estafador Jorge.
Muy buen servicio me falló otra empresa de mudanzas los llamé y vinieron al instante los chicos muy educados los recomiendo!!!
