This place is a disaster, the stuff is a disaster nobody knows the process of anything, everyone says something different as if they don't know what they are doing, our request was resolved after 3 days of going to that hell which is closed at 11 AM is a total joke this place

We went there to extend our permission to stay in the country and, even though it took almost all day, the facilities were comfortable, with plenty of space to wait sitting, and the staff was very nice. You can even be sitting when you are filling in the papers, and to talk to the people at the window. The restroom was mediocre. Not a bad experience. Excellent for Argentina.

We had mistakingly purchased the wrong permit when we bought our tourist visa. We went to the imigration office to request a refund. As we do not speak Spanish, we were concerned about the difficulty to achieve this outcome. Overall, we found the staff very friendly , helpful and professional. In particular, Yasmin helped us with the language barrier and to complete the necessary documents in a timely manner.

Typical disorganized Argentine company. The phone system is laughable. You try for hours trying to get through on the English line and then you get someone who can't speak English. So what do they do, of course they just hang up on you
