Excellent company! We planned a trip to Montevideo with them and they did great for a reasonable price. Boats and buses are clean and on time. Cannot be better!
Total waste of time and money.. yes the boat got me there, and yes I got my visa stamp but that’s as far as I will go giving thanks to colonia express very disorganized, very boring city tour .. I wanted to leave colonia after one hour.. The heat was unbearable , so I wanted to go back on the 4 pm boat instead of suffering until 8 pm .. which was the original time of my departure.. long story short the agent made me pay for a passage instead of just changing my departure time.. The boat was half empty btw Bunch of pirates in my opinion
They will send you an e-mail asking you to be at the Port one and a half hour before. Do yourself a favor and be there at least 2h before! It's very unorganized and the boat leaves, doesn't matter if 50 people are still at the secrurity gate! What a retarded company! Just brunch of criminals!
Muy buena atención.
Es más barato que Buquebus y ese es su punto fuerte, me toco de ida un barco muy sucio (asientos manchados, llenos de migas y así) de regreso era un barco nuevo muy limpio. Dejan llevar perros y los perros no tienen un sector andan por todos lados, no es ni higiénico ni agradable, peros sin bozal oliéndote las rodillas y demás atropellos típicos de mascoteros. La terminal de Buenos Aires no está bien ubicada pero hay autobús y taxi en la puerta Hay cafetería y free shop abordo, el consumo es caro conviene llevarse alimentos, dejan pasar lo que sea y hay mesas para comer en el barco. Me gustaría un poco más de limpieza y cuidado de los barcos más viejitos y los perros y el área de comida organizados para no ensuciar todo ni molestar a los pasajeros pero en general bien.
Excelente atención, la verdad un un buena alternativa para viajar y a un precio mas económico , muy recomendado para viajar.
