This is the largest cemetery in Buenos Aires. In here the remains of many famous people rest in peace, Carlos Gardel, Jorge Newbery, Gustavo Cerati and so on. There are many mausoleums and most of them are amazing architecture. He was my first meet-up as a host in Local Guides.

This place it’s much bigger from the Racoleta, the Gardel Grave is located here. It needs maintenance, however it’s a place to meet. There is a marble copy of La Pietá dí Michael Angel, and lots of amazing sculptures.
A must for a visit. Please go with a local academics to explain the history of somebof the people entered here. The grounds are poorly kept. Such necropolis should be taken care by the state.
A Buenos Aires must-see. I didn't have the opportunity to go with a guide but even just visiting alone I spent 3 hours there. A beautiful, sprawling, unique cemetery. Pictures can never do it justice. Simply amazing. Keep an eye out for funerals which I hear are somewhat frequent and just be normally respectful. If you're hungry afterwards, the famous El Imperio de la Pizza is right next door...
This cemetery is the biggest one in the city. It's not touristy like Recoleta, but here you really feel the death all around. Skip Recoleta one.
I just can't believe I sent a check on April of this year and without telling me or anything they cashed the check in December , without sending an email, calling, they go after you when you owe but then when they have to be decent they do not. I found my account with an overdraft is Christmas time and these people don't do things the way agreed and the way it should . Imagine you send a check they do not acknowledge the check, and then they cash the checked at the end of the year. Well you want my money you will have to do better next time, unbelievable
Gorgeous, peaceful cemetery. Not very touristy either.
Pretty cool cemetery with amazing mausoleum's for the Elite of Buenos Aires. The cemetery offers some shade in places and a nice walk through the ages of families who have buried their loved ones here. Access is free and entry is from the main gate only. Well worth a visit for an hour or so.
