In what universe is this a 4-star hotel? It's maybe 2 stars, and that's generous. It's cheap, but you're really getting what you pay for.

Stay away... The pictures look nice but it's different once you get there! Where do I start? The bad: Every room has a musty smell. The very dirty drapes can't be opened and can't be closed fully. The room door has a huge gap letting all the sounds from the hallway and light in the room at night. The mattresses are very basic and cheap. The pillows are old and lumpy. The windows open up to an interior atrium with a view of other rooms. The bathroom toilet wouldn't stop flushing on the last day and the sink leaked from somewhere onto the floor leaving a permanent puddle. The good: Location, a block from the casa rosada Breakfast was pretty good, nothing great but everything fresh. Don't let the nice pictures fool you! If you're looking for something comfortable and clean I'd recommend looking elsewhere!
Amazing location, just a couple steps from the subte station, with a great restaurant just around the corner and a short walk from calle florida. Service was great, could ask for specifically a room facing outside and got a great view of plaza de mayo. Great variety on breakfast. When I stayed there, I left my phone on a cab and the hotel was very helpful on recovering it. I'll be back soon and am looking forward to staying there again.
The rooms are nice and clean. Nice and helpful staff, but done expect great WiFi. Stayed in a room on the 6th floor and WiFi did not work in my room. Anytime I needed WiFi I had to use it in the lobby of the hotel.
I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. I found Buenos Aires quite cold. It was so nice to come back here and have a long bath every evening after walking around the city. The hotel itself is in a great central location for a very large city. Many attractions are walking distance and the transport stop is close for others. The breakfast selection was very large, I remember being quite impressed with it. Wifi worked well, and the lobby was a real cosy place to chill with fire places and big couches.

The location is great. The hotel needs improvement, and also it's personnel at the front desk, particularly.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are a tired but clean. breakfast is okay. The reception area is fancier than the rooms
