Helpful once I was able to speak with someone. Took several calls since it was a Sunday. I needed to change the pickup time of the private hotel-to-airport transfer. Driver arrived a few minutes early which worked great!

They will leave you standing at the airport if they wait any more than 90 minutes. High and dry! That's right: they don't care if it takes MORE than 90 minutes to clear the moronic passport check processing. A deal's a deal (read their fine print). Too bad, so sad, get your own taxi. I'd recommend another company!
