Always fun to be at Migraciones! First world bureaucracy meets third world infrastructure. I really feel sorry for the employees that have to deal with that. The processes are not transparent and need to be reviewed. You definitely should come early - if you can make it I recommend even before the opening at 8. Otherwise you might not get a ticket for your case and need to return another day. Besides this you have to wait a lot.

For immigrants who are seeking for refugee in Buenos Aires. Open by 9.00hs and close by 13.00hs Monday, Wednesday and Friday every week. But one have to be more patient to get any thing from them.

La oficina esta cerrada porque estan refaccionando. Me parece maravilloso, pero pierdes tiempo y dinero por ir a un lugar donde no pueden dar la atención que probablente necesitas. Es importante que informen cuando comienza la atención al público. El telf jamás lo atienden, por eso fui y vi que la oficina esta siendo restaurada.

El lugar está cerrado, no están atendiendo. En la cortina metálica figuran unos correos para realizar consultas y la dirección de la Dirección Nacional de Migraciones ubicada en Antártida. Muchas personas se dirigen a este lugar para realizar trámites y no pueden hacerlos.

Asisti a una cita reprogramada luego de una larga espera por la pandemia. Llegué media hora antes del horario y la señora en la puerta me preguntó el apellido lo cual verificaron en una planilla que tenian impresa. De una me hizo pasar. El guardi me tomó la temperatura y luego pase por la cabina de desinfección. En todo momento me indicaron donde ir entregar documentación y donde esperar hasta ser atendida. Como es de esperarse la poca concurrencia de personas hizo que el trámite se rápido sin demoras y el chico del box 3 que me atendió lo hizo con mucha amabilidad y diligencia. Una experiencia totalmente diferente al que me tocó a principio de año cuando asistí a la cita de mi hija menor en la sede de Antártida, experincia que no se la deseo ni a mi peor enemigo. Largas colas, personal con cara larga. Mal educados los cuales te hacen sentir que te hacen un favor. Lo que es totalmente lo contrario pues uno paga un trámite que dicho sea de paso, es costoso.
