We went on a Saturday afternoon and the place wasn't too crowded. We barely had to wait at all. They offered a lockable chest to keep our belongings while we were in the escape room and were very kind and helpful. However, I'm rating the place 3 stars because despite the owners' great attention, we didn't really enjoy the game. The clues were given in a haphazardly fashion and didn't have a clear sequence. Thus, you could get stuck trying to figure out which clue to follow next with no real answer. This wouldn't be bad if there was plenty of time provided to complete the game, but this was not the case. Therefore, all six of us found that the escape room was more of a "try until you make it" than a real brain-teaser. Also, the markers given barely had any ink and we had to strain to see what we had written on the board. Overall, I'd say that the owners have the right attitude for this line of work but I wouldn't visit again unless I hear they have made some major changes in the way the games are set up.

La sala de Alcatraz. Muy buena. Para encontrar las pistas, hay que buscar por todos lados. Te mantiene muy entretenido y al tanto de todo lo que te rodea. Super recomendable! Ya estamos pensando en cuándo volver para hacer otra sala!

Al principio el señor que nos atendió parecía muy serio, pero después re buena onda. Jugamos al de la 3ra guerra mundial y es más bien complejo con lo cual esta bueno tener un buen equipo para complementarse. Nos gustó mucho

La sala de Alcatraz estuvo aceptable, solo que la ambientación algo flojo. Me resultó chico y faltó de tecnología en los enigmas. Hacia mucho calor, había un ventilador pero podrían poner algún aire acondicionado, siendo que que era una sala pequeña, cerrada, y para hasta 6 personas. La gente que atiene es amable. Nada más para decir al respecto. La sala de espera agradable. Lástima que la entrada es por escaleras, no se si tendrá otra entrada por ascensor.

La gente que te atiende se volvió agresiva y poco colaboradora, y la experiencia tiene muchas fallas. Hay elementos rotos que impiden que sigas avanzando sin que intervengan la gente del local y ante la menor critica se vuelven agresivos., te hacen perder tiempo escuchado audios largos, que no le aportan comlejidad. Y si no te gusta bancate la agresividad de esta gente
