Would receive a design and after several messages via WhatsApp didn't receive anything, even giving me a timeslot for the the choosen date was to much asked. Don't think the customer has to send several reminders but maybe thats a European expectation. End of story, didn't hear anything and I wasn't there for a new tattoo.
