Horrible business class from Madrid to Buenos Aires, no service at all. At. All. Just a seat with food. No dedicated crew for the business. Same queue. No lounge. No business class toilets in the plane. Nothing. Just nothing. A seat and that's it. Keep your money for a real business class.

Closed from March 2020. The pandemic must have hit hard on Iberia if if they are still closed when every other airline offices are open. Their phone customer service sucks so it doesn't make up for the lack physical office where you could at least actually talk face to face with a human being.

Help desk service is bad, web page ticket purchasing worse. I bought two tickets on an Iberia named flight that is actually operated by British Airways. They charged me for two checked bags but the etickets came with no checked bags allowance. I had to purchase the checked bags allowance from BA at a higher cost. Now I cannot get the money back from Iberia for the extra charge.

Servicio de atención al cliente, pésimo. Hace dos horas estoy al teléfono intentando comprar el equipaje, porque ellos me cancelaron el vuelo y tengo que hacer nuevamente el tramite. Los empleados no saben operar bien. Soy una persona empática y con paciencia, pero esto fue el colmo. Muy mala operación. No vuelvo a viajar por Iberia.
