Excellent museum. Staff very cordial and helpful. The exhibition is complete from the rise of the Nazis to the aftermath. The app has a great audio tour.

It was okay, but as we have been to Daucau and Hiroshima this was lacking...good bones but needs more. There was discrepancies with entry...FB and google advised free entry and then staff at desk wanted to charge....2 different prices. It could have catered better to international visitors...as script and audio instructions were generally in only one language. The interactive map on the floor was great. The layout was confusing.
