I've shopped there multiple times out of necessity. The parts dept downstairs is efficient for service items like oil/filters and common parts. Upstairs their showroom/accessories (helmets, luggage, gloves) sales people are consistently unhelpful and generally outright RUDE - as in - every time! Yesterday I was trying to buy an overpriced top case, and after being ignored for a while, I grabbed a helmet to place in the luggage to check fit - that got me noticed- and thoroughly scolded for daring to touch a helmet, which was promptly taken from me and replaced. Assist the customer? No! Ab out 8 blocks away on Cordoba is a shop called Motorman - better selection and very good customer service. Guess where I shop now...
