Very good! I spent more than two hours taking pictures and exploring the house. If you don't have a car is will take forever the trip from Buenos Aires. Still worth it.

If you like Architecture, this house is a MUST. The experience visiting the House could take you 40 minutes to 1 hour including the speech from the guide. Designed by the Architect “Le Corbusier”. Unesco World Heritage
Cool, inexpensive admission, interesting peek into what the original owners lives would have been like. Beautiful views of the plaza/park across the street.
The Curutchet house is part of UNESCO world heritage program. This house is the only proyect from Le Corbusier y Latín América and is a perfect example of his architecture manifest. This house is eclectic, between modern architecture and brutalism, it is located in the middle of 2 pre existing houses and it articulate their facades. The house has lots of sensitive details that make it unique, and its really incredible the level of coherence achieved even when Le Corbusier designed it from the distance only with sheets and photos from the site. This house is real because of the good relationship and collaboration between the local architect Amancio Williams, another architecture master, that take care of adjusting, and fine tuning the project while building it. He was LC's eyes on Argentina and everything was resolved overseas by letters in a back and forth analog communication. This is a masterpiece, organically resolved and masterly design from conjunction of LC's mastermind and Williams's precise harmony with his ideas.
A must if you are in La Plata city. Curutchet’s house is an architectural icon. An example of Le Corbusier’s point of view. You have to pay a fee in order to visit the place. A guide explains about the history of the house and then you can go around by yourself and appreciate the details. Do not miss it!
It's very different kind of tourist place. Entry fee is little costly that too sometimes without receipts. But the creativity is amazing by considering the time of design.
As the directions from Buenos Aires to La Plata are terrible and we couldnt find the right bus we gave up and never went here. The stress in just finding the bus station and not finding the right bus put us off. I have no idea if it would have been worth it.
