An historical cafe with no future. They say It used to be a good cafe.. today it's just sad. Bad slow service and bad quality coffee.

Nothing impressive. We tried their lunch set menu but nothing interesting. The ceased salad dressing was like water mixed with milk powder. It was super watery, not thick ceased dressing it supposed to be, the gnocchi was flat! The flan dessert was dense, not creamy at all.
Great place to relax and unwind in the centre of the city. Quiet atmosphere. Good menu and drinks selection. Very helpful and friendly staff. Recommended.
Outstanding bar, you can feel the city feel and style upon waking in. They often have musical shows and other forms of entertainment. They also have an ample library within, in which you can purchase books related to the city, it's history, and of the bar itself. All the personnel is versed in the procedence, and former usage of propose of every ancient trinket they use as decor in the bar, and they share that information gladly. The menu is varied and the drink selections adequate, all food is delivered promptly and tasted pretty great (or so that tell me those who ate) I ordered a sublime banana/peach smoothie and a pretty decent Cabernet. Prices are more than reasonable, and they take all payment options. All in all, a must if you encounter yourself in the Rosario area. Will be back.

Fantastic Restorant, in Rosario dowtonw, nice place fully of history, please visit this bar, can be taking your lunch or drinking a cold beer but please don't skip this point of interest in Rosario

As an inviting and popular restaurant, but I have visited it twice and in both ocations the food has been way below the standard of which you could expect from such a popular place. My best recommendation is to drink your coffee here and eat at another restaurant. Update.: After dinner live music. Very good Andes band. Improved the impression, but until now I have only seen one "mecera" smiling. They must have a great problem with the manager. Noone works here with pleasure apparently.
